Thank you for shopping at ForbaysyAngel. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately and transparently.
We usually ship your purchase within 1-4 business days. Orders made on Friday after 16:00 ET and the weekend are processed on the next working day. Which means it will take 5 to 12working days for parcel to arrive. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We endeavour to deliver your products as soon as we can. We ensure our drivers take good care of your products during transportation but regrettably, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date and time due to drivers' routes being different every day. We thank you for your understanding while we work to resolve any delays.

United States & Canada
Free shipping on orders of $69 or more
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to orders under $69
International Shipping
For all destinations outside the United States and Canada:
Free shipping on orders of $89 or more
A flat shipping fee of $10.99 applies to orders under $89
The applicable shipping fee or free-shipping offer will be automatically applied at checkout based on your order value and delivery destination.
Tax Policy (Sales Tax; Customs Duties)
We aim to provide a worry-free shopping experience with no hidden fees at checkout:Sales Tax: All listed prices include applicable sales tax. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Forbaysyangel assumes full responsibility for all taxes and customs duties. If any import fees are charged by your local customs office, please contact us at info@forbaysyangel.com with your receipt, and we will reimburse you in full. You will not be required to pay any additional fees beyond your order total.
Order Tracking
you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
Delivery Responsibility; Loss
We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your hands. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or damaged during transit, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if you encounter any issues.
