How do I choose the right size?
Check the Size Guide on each product page — most pieces run true to size, but we note any exceptions there.
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship your purchase within 1-4 business days. Orders made on Friday after 16:00 EDT and the weekend are processed on the next working day. Which means it will take 5 to 12 working days for parcel to arrive. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What's your return policy?
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your recevied, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
You may write in to info@forbasyangel.com to request a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You may cancel your order directly within 15 minutes of placing it. If the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, you may still cancel the order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@forbaysyangel.com
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
